I have a Viper 2-way alarm/starter that is about 10-12 years old. It has a remote that looks like a small cellphone. Not sure how to find out what model it is. I have it on a 04 F250. Everything was working fine and now just noticed that the lights do not flash when arming, disarm or when alarm goes off. Could it be a programming issue or what? Thank you
