What's the issue? Post hi-jacking?
hm..probably not gonna fly. people would tell you to use the For Sale section
Would it be a problem if we posted a FS add in the off topic anything goes section then? Since the add is off the topic of car audio?

Besides, you have there a classic case of an incomplete sentence. Just kidding......... now this is a stupid post. I just thought giving an example of one will help clear things up.

And as far as what the mods decided to do a year ago it proved nothing. Yes a board needs to be moderated. Yes an unmoderated board will go to hell. IMO That was the single most childish thing I have ever seen on a forum. If certain moderators did not like the feedback they were getting from doing there job they should have step down and became an average forum member again. Not shrugged the responsibility. I left the board during that time period and I am sure others did as well.
I have moderated on a few different forums befor so I know the tyoes of emails that you were getting. </font>
Dude, you totally didn't even grasp the concept of what we did. Its not that we didn't want the feedback or appreciate the feedback. Nor did we shrug the responsibility of running the board. We decided to let the "members" see why we do the things we do. Because if these things were not done, things would turn to ****.
It gets to the point that everyone takes things for granted. People don't understand that this site doesn't run itself. Its due to the dedication and volunteer work of the mods and mainly the pocketbook of one individual. This site is not coperate sponsored or funded. And as you can see, advertising is pretty minimal.
I guess what I am saying here is its tough to satisfy 100% of the people 100% of the time. If people get pissy about us closing or locking posts because we don't find it relavant, boo ****in who.
