batteries vs caps

ok guys, heres a question that probably will get me made fun of.

I've been looking up batteries for some help to my electrical, and then eneded up reading up on some class rules on termpro, and I noticed that street stock a and b have battery limitations but no limits on caps. soooo my question is, say a guy has one battery and like 100f worth of caps (assuming the price was wicked), and another guy has a battery and say the kinetik hc 600, supposedly equal to 100 1farad caps though called a battery, given the same car and gear, who would perform better?

also, for the judges, aka Don and Matt, is there a limit to how many farads worth of caps you have before it gets considered a battery?

I mean, I wanna make sure that I'm cool and buy two batts, but I'm just curious.

I thought it was only 1F for A & B and 2F for C and all other classes were unlimited.... I might be wrong though
