cap/inductor coil

finally found the tweeters i wanted, loud, very clean, about 50 degree direction but since going in the pillars it's not too much of an issue, and heavy...

going with these mids

still not sure what midbass yet

now since i am planning on using jbl ms8 as my active x-over and eq should there be any reason for me on using a cap and coil? if not is there any other protection i can add not to blow these up considering they're $300 for the pair

now the glass work can start on the pillars, but going to have to reinforce the hell out of them

here's an actual image of the 2 pairs, they look real pretty

What are you putting those in the A-pillars of??

I always like to include something to protect the tweeter - either a cap or lightbulb.

That can work. I like to pick up an AGC fuseholder and use a suitable domelight bulb.
