Got a new sealed box and the bass is extremely weak
I have 2 10in Sony Xplod "1100w" subs with a Sony Xplod 800w amp. (I know not the greatest but they work for my needs)
I downgraded to a smaller box and switched to a sealed box and the bass is pretty much non existent. They're both working but just have low power and work 10x better with only one hooked up also.
In the massive ported box they thumped extremely hard but the box was just a bit too big. I had to change the speaker wire to longer wire and the new wire appears to have 1 copper one and 1 "silver" one, that affect anything? Or do the subs cancel each other out at all?
Very new to all this stuff so im at a loss on how to fix it. Thanks for any help!
