groudings rcas to stop popping woofer results in rear speakers turning off

my r type pops in then out when switching tracks, pause, etc. so i grounded the rcas, it goes away but as soon as i i ground it, the rear 6x9s turn off. the 6x9s arnt powered by any any amp, just go straight to the headunit.

added a new ground the the headunit, nothing, and my ground for the sub amp couldn't be better

anyone know whats going on?

Where did you exactly ground your rca's to in the beack of the deck this may be causing it, if it is grounded to the speakers negative.
