I got it cheap in other words. It looked rough when I first got it, and it needed some repairs. I cleaned up the heat sink with some triple 0 steel wool and it looks pretty good now, and then did the required repairs. All the mosfets were good, it only needed a pair of resisters and a couple of capacitors to get it running. I also changed a few power supply supply components and re-wired the boards while I had it apart.
