As some of you know I have a very rare 1988 Blaupunkt Chicago CD player (so rare I can't find pics of it on the internet). I had problems with the cd ejecting, I "fixed" it and it started to do it again. While I was trying to get it to work the CD player stopped working but the power does come on.... The LCD doesn't light up (likely because the CD doesn't rotate)It doesn't have an amp... it has pre-out and a separate box for the radio receiver that connects through an 8 pin din cord.
anyone have any idea what is wrong and is this high end receiver worth fixing? this is two similar models
