need any help wiring up a new deck

so here is my problem i bought my car used and thr wiring harness was cut as someone had hard wired in a old deck since than i have installed 2 decks into my car cutting the wiring harness back each time so that i could re strip the wires and have them all clean. when i connect them.

so now ive got a new indash dvd deck and find it almost impossible to hard wire this new deck in as there is no much wire to work with, however hooking up the speakers is not a big concern as i am running my speakers off a 4 channel amp.

any suggestions as what i can do for a new constant 12v and switched 12v and ground?

Why not extend the ones that you have and eliminate the problem?

You can Take new constant 12v from the main entry cable that comes to the fuse box or get a new one directly from your cars battery but dont forget to put a PUSE!
and the switched 12v you shuld look with inspection light also in your dect surroundings or the main puse box.
the ground is cars boddy so you need to connect to him ,but dont forget to clean all the dirt\paint befor you conecting.

what do you mean by too short? have you removed any of the tape round the wire bundle? pare it back as much as you can and then buy the right in car connector to fix it right. You should have done it right the first time!!!

Now every time you changed decks, why did you cut the car wires again? why not leave some of the new wiring to extend them?
