New amplifier humming to the sound of the cars RPMs

OKAY I just installed a brand new amplifier and it's really nice but when I turn the cars engine on it starts humming to the RPMS, when ONLY the electricity is on the sound doesn't happen and the amp works fine. I've tried the RCA grousing to the head unit and other basic things and it doesn't change anything. What I have noticed is that when my car is ON, and I take the rcas that connecting to the amp and touch about anything I get feedback right away from my subs, and I also noticed Even if I touch the inputs on the amp with NO RCAs in, like just touching the amp inputs will give feedback, so in my opinion it's the amp. But I could be wrong. I'm thinking about getting a loop isolator but I'm not sure if that will even make a difference, I've never run into a problem this complex. Any ideas?

side note, is running a hifonics zues 2400 watt with 2 12s kicker DVCs at 1 ohm. On 2 ohm the noise is still there, also a pioneer head unit.
also. When I was installing the head unit I fucked up and burnt something out, my dash lights AND AC controls now do not light up and it seems not to be a fuse. My car is a 2000 Honda Civic
