PIONEER AVH-p7480

I have a PIONEER AVH-p7480 unit and I can not get it to come on at all. The unit does not show any sign of work. No lights, no sounds just nothing. I have checked all the fuses and all my connections. Everything checks out ok. So I have no ideal what is wrong with it.

WIth a meter check continuity on the fuse
check voltage at the power terminal to amp ground check voltage at remote turn on to amp ground
check ground

If all ok

connect input working source {portable cd player, etc} directly to amp with known good rca's

try good speaker to output of amp left and right

If nothing amp has problems.
