Power(I THINK) Problem

Power(I THINK) Problem
I am running 2 - 10" infinity 1052W off of a rockford fosgate t5001.bd, in my 95 Bonneville, with a stinger 4AWG wire kit.
I believe what I have is a power problem.. but please tell me what you think. It is random. In the mornings it usually takes about a couple minutes with the car on before the subs will play alright (Especially if its colder out) But sometimes I will get them going and then it will randomly just go quiet for a couple of seconds, then pounnnd like normal. I never play them with the car off, and when I park I turn them off about a minute before I turn my car off. Once they get going good, they wont go soft again until I have the car off for a bit.
But if they are playing fine when the car gets turned off, why are they not going in the morning, or even if I leave the car for a bit. I think the temperature might have something to do with it, because I know it kills your battery a bit when the temperature starts getting cold. I am not great with car audio, but I was also thinking maybe the ground wire is bad? The amp would go into protect mode before when it wasn't working (I think cause of lack of power). Now its not going into protect mode but its just not working randomly.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Temperature is a typical issue with car audio. You are supposed to let your gear warm up a bit after cold start to prevent overdriving stiff/cold surrounds and cones and allow your amps to get a good voltage.
As for your comment on batteries not liking the cold, there is where you are wrong. Batteries seem to be the only part of a car that perform better when they are cold.

I had always understood that if you leave your car outside overnight when its really cold the voltage in your battery will temporairily drop a bit because of the temperature outside.
So basically just let my stuff warm up for a couple of minutes before I start with it?
Thanks for the reply

OK so this happens in the morning before say 10AM...
Does it also happen in the evening after the car has sat for 7-8 hours?
Does it happen in the afternoon if you dont start it in the morning?
I am guessing moisture or a loose RCA connection or remote turn on.. or both

Like even if I turn off my car and leave for 15 minutes its random and wont play full on. Today I went in a store for 10 - 15 minutes, I came back and it would hit some notes nice and hard but kinda soft out on others or soft out half way through the note.. its hard to explain guys sorry if I'm confusing you.
Where would I check for this?

... guess it isn't a loose connection or a moisture issue...
sounds like the amp itself has the problem (cold solder joint or something similar so that heat is the cure)
But lets look at inexpensive ideas before saying send the amp in for repair, double check the RCA's with the system powered up do a wiggly jiggly of the RCA and the speaker and power wires

Alright I'm heading off to school in about an hour or so, I'll check the rca's and connections then.
Another thing I've noticed is that when I first start up the car and the volume is low, the subs wont be going, but when I turn it up alot its like I'm forcing it to start going.. Does that make any sense to you?
Then after I've "forced" it to go, I can turn it back down and the subs will be going normally again.
