Subs won't work

Subs won't work

Everything else will come on and music will play but the subs will not work. The amp comes on too. What could be wrong?

There is many guesses, system info would help. Head unit,amp, etc. Was it previously working and stopped? or new install?

Maybe need to turn sub-out on deck on?

It's a new install. Deck is a alpine ida-x200. The amp is a kenwood KAC8104D.
