Wattage Question

I have a subwoofer that is rated at:

Nominal (RMS) Output Power 150 Watt
Max (RMS) Output Power 300 Watt

With dual-voice coils.

1. Does that mean its RMS handling is 150 watts and its max handling is 300 watts?

2. Does that mean 150 watts per voice coil or basically 75 watts per coil?

Match an amplifier's available output to that of the nominal power figure.

150rms both coils combined.
