if u were given a choice for a subwoofer which brand wounld u go for : alpine, mtx or infinity? please a simple answere.

@ Celicaboytoy: This is going to be a war of fan-boys. All of three of those brands make a solid product, however I'm assuming that you've been checking out your local Future Shop.... With what they offer, you're not going to be blown away by any one of those brands. If I was to compare an Alpine Type E to an Infinity Kappa Perfect (subs being the only dif), you would notice a cleaner sound on the Infinity... Is the Infinity better? No, it's just that I picked two opposite ends of those two companies lines. It's really going to come down to looks and cost. I have a really hard time believing there is going to be a major difference in sound, so go with what fits the bill and looks cute If you're not shopping in an FS store, then what models of those brands are you looking to buy and how much power are you going to throw at them?

if you compare all three brands equally (i.e: low end to high end alpine vs mtx vs infinity) i'd pick Alpine
