6Cube box design help

okay im going to be building a new box in the upcoming weeks to prepare for the comp in sask on the 8th of august and just to have a new box for daily as i bought a second 12" spl

okay so heres a few questions and what not for my build
-box will be 6 cubes @ either 36-40 cant decide yet.
- port will be made from those sonotube concrete pour things, so diameters are either 6,8,10 inches, but im leaning to the 8"
-i need to be able to interchange the port one for my daily and then another for coomps about 45hz
-i have a router so i can round off and flare the port
-how much port area should i have for minimum and how much area is each port.
-box will be braced with threaded rod

my biggest problem is now this where to fire the sub and port current setup is both firing toward trunk and the box is about 35" wide and my opening into the cabin is about 41ish so there isnt much airflow into the cabin so with 2 12"s i would have to fire into cabin as the box would be to wide. BUT what about subs up and port into cabin or something

a 6 cube box in the trunk of a G6? how you gonna get that box in? how about getting it out? gonna work horribly in a trunk.

there is a formula to calculate port area, look it up.

Yeah I could probly put it in through the inside of the car ross, yuli, mark from mach 5 told me himself to do 6 cubes and go from there, my current box is 2.2@38.5 designed by jalat, and it works great I've hit 141.8 with no deadning, but the sub runs a tad too hot so a bigger box would help that if I'm not mistaken.

4.5 cubic feet @ 36hz for daily. subs back port to the side

3.5-3.75 cubic feet tuned @ the frequency your car meters highest at. subs back port to the side/forward/back/where it makes the most db's

did u actually think about what he said? did you ask any questions about it? not my car, do whatever you want, but a 6 cube box is not neccessary.

i dont know if u know, but the side of the box is heavily dependant on the amount of power you give to a sub. i bet they didnt tell u that.
