Hey guys.. im buildin a shitty little box for a 6x9 i got kickin around and i was wonderin if dimensions on a 6x9 are as big of a deal as on a sub.. probably a stupid question but i mean its juts a little OLD explode and im just throwin it in temperaroly.. but would the box dimensions need to be exact to get crisp sound out of it or would just a nicely seeled rectangle work

I just did mine randomly, its probably 6" wide and deep.

 

ok cool.. yeah i did mine completely randomly too.. just kinda measured to fit between my seats... its about 10x15 and 5 inches high

the 6x9 was in a bigger/shittier box before so its probably going to sound better and currently i don't have any of my dash speakers hooked up (78 malibu) so i only got my two alpne 6x9s in the back dash
