Amp rack.

I want to get things tidied up in my trunk, right now my amps are just sitting on a piece of mdf thrown in the trunk, I want to create some sort of amp rack. My question is, how do you guys fasten stuff to your trunk? I was thinking of a bracket or two and some self tapping screws, but will it rust? I need some ideas.

your best bet would be to find an existing bolt. take a good look at your trunk before building and try to design something so that it bolts right in. Drilling holes or using self tapping screws are alright as long as you don't go through something that goes to the outside of the vehicle. One thing with using screws as that over time from vebration they tend to loosen and strip the hole. so try to use bolts with lock nuts if you can.
good luck
