Asking For a Box Design:

I need a box designed for my build,

I'm going to be running 4 Pioneer Champion Series Pro TS-W3002 Dual 4 Ohm, on an Lanzar Optidrive 2000d wired to 0.5 Ohm's.

I am going to be making a wall in my 1998 VW Jetta,

My measurements i need the box to be built within are as follows (I have made a diagram)

I want to build it with 1" MDF, all i need help with is the design, i'm not sure how to figure out Cubic3. So, if anyone could help me out that would be great!

Thanks in advance

Hope you have the electrical to run that amp.

How do you have 37" in height?

What size is the subwoofer(s)?

Sealed or ported?

I will have the electrical before i even have the amp,

As for the height, it is going in my back seat of my jetta, to be a wall behind the front seats.

The woofers are 12", and i would like to box ported. , but to have the port(s) in between the subs (Centered)

Sorry I mis-read.

You are looking at around 9 cubic feet after displacement.

I would tune to around 36hz.

I would have the subs along the bottom and port on top.

Are you going to fully seal it off from the b-pillar back?

I would like to seal it off the best that i can, i'm going to look into having the box built for me, and i would pay to have it done (Obviously) I'm not the greatest at building boxes, so if anyone wants to do it i'll buy the MDF.

Thanks alot for the specs though!

Edit:

How big do you recommend to make the port?

Length and Width?

I noticed that if i make the port bigger, my Cubic3 Gets smaller, but to get my desired Cubic3 i have to make the port like.. 12" but that seems massive for a port?

can anyone shed some light on my situation?
