Some of you have seen this box already. Finally got around to finishing it off today. Looks real nice now. It is dual chamber with a common center port. 1cu ft each, tuned to 34.5hz. Subs and amp in sig. Best so far 140.6 db @ 50hz. Okay on to the pics.

Finally the progress made today. Rounded port opening a little, some touch up paint, and finally some carpet.

I don't know why, but I love the way this looks. Will likely keep doing box builds like this.



First attempt at cutting a visible edge in carpet for the port.

they actually have it pretty cheap right now, if i knew how to use it I would have picked up some last time i was there.

 

check out the measured spacing between the screwes. wow.

 

Nice carpet job man. I don't know if it's gonna boost your db's any but maybe your SQI score. I love the edges all cut nice on 45's. Nice job man.
