Box build log

Some of you have seen this box already. Finally got around to finishing it off today. Looks real nice now. It is dual chamber with a common center port. 1cu ft each, tuned to 34.5hz. Subs and amp in sig. Best so far 140.6 db @ 50hz. Okay on to the pics.

My buddy Mike fixing the oh so accurate Home depot cuts, I am supervising.

All put together now, seems to be missing something though.

Finally the progress made today. Rounded port opening a little, some touch up paint, and finally some carpet.

Sitting back in the trunk.

I don't know why, but I love the way this looks. Will likely keep doing box builds like this.

First attempt at cutting a visible edge in carpet for the port.

I wish you could design them too. Might have got more out of it. LOL J/K Carpeting is from AA electronics, north side of Matheson, just west of Dixie.

Nice carpet job man. I don't know if it's gonna boost your db's any but maybe your SQI score. I love the edges all cut nice on 45's. Nice job man.
