box size for two 10"
The enclosure is 1.5 cubic feet for both subs, now this does not include displacements. For 2 10"s you should not need no more than (.25) for sub displacement. This would bring the box up to 1.75cbft., port displacemente is not an issue since you will be placing the ports externally. In my opinion due to the amount of wattage you will be using, if I am not mistaken you stated 2000watts. For that amount of wattage I would use no more than 1 6" aeroport, or even use 2 4" aeros. I work with 16 square inches of port per cubic foot of enclosure. Therefore on a 1.5cbft box you would need (1.5x16=24) 24 square inches of port. A 6" port has 28.25 square inches, and 2 4" ports have 25 square inches. So its up to you on which ports you decide on. Good luck and post some pics of the box and let us know the numbers......
