hey guys. i wanna build a custom box for two DC level 3 10 inch subs. specs are here ``http://www.dcsoundlab.com/woofers.html `` anyone know if they would be better ported or sealed enclosure. i listen to mostly hip hop, rap. if ported what should it be tuned to for best sound. With the music you listen to I would sudgest ported and tuned to 34 to 36 hz will give you great low end without too much upper end lose. try to give 16 to 20 square inch of port per cubic foot of enclousure. So 2 cubic feet tuned to 34 to 35 hz and try for 40 sqin of port if you have the space.
