ok 2 more questions

What I am after is a box that can be in the bottom 90% of the time and have the ability to put in on the shelf if needed. something like this but 2 12's.
I have a old rf punch 200m amp

those boxes are heavy...60 lbs +...so make sure your shelf can support it. The other thing to consider is securing them properly should you come to a sudden stop or get in an accident. You wouldn't want a 60 lb box flying at your head at 6o miles an hour!
