it is a 1/2 wall for a SUV
the center of the baffle is 2.25" thick
and there is a brace going on the rear wall
this one is getting carpet and a smooth black port

 

looks very nice may I ask how you made that port?

That is a slick box that looks really good and appears to be well made. The gray carpet REALLY does not do it justice. It will probably color coordinate with the interior of the vehicle but for me show off the box!

 

I don't mind the gray carpet. Sure beats some hideous color designs I have seen in the past.
