well so much for that idea....tried it and let it sit for 2 hrs....gave it a good pull and off it came.
So i am going to go and get the actual weld compound that was made for this and do it that way.

I know its gotta sit and cure for 24hours...the stuff I used anywyas..I got the name of it soemwhere...great stuff though...
