I've been looking at the RayPlex website http://www.rayplex.com/tek9.asp?pg=default and was wondering which resin I should go for? should I get waxed or just plan resin?

for those that have used these guys, have any of you ordered and used the MAT TAPE, the little roles of fiber mat. how are they to deal with? are the shipping costs worth it to get everything to canada?
