My bad, misread some of the posts. Either way, using an Aeroport would make this a lot easier space-wise. It could be side-loaded much like JBL does their Power series loaded enclosures. Sony has one out as well. It'll save space and will sound solid. We're not going for all out SPL here, just something that works properly in the space, right?

well... i actually found out the actuall specs... and they need 1.5-2 CuFt. so... I've bumped the depth down from 18" to 16"... and just played around with the port width and length... and I've got it back to about 34.5Hz... with 3.65 CuFt... which is still good, and is between 1.5-2 CuFt Each... i'm happy with those specs... anyone else agree...
P.S. I don't like the aeroport idea... i think the "L" port is my simplist way. and instead of 36Hz... it's under 35Hz... i dunno what the huge dead of 1.5Hz is... but I think i've created a box that suits what purpose i want...
Thanks all for your imput and sudgestions.

box volume is 3.65 CuFt. port width is 3" port length (down the center) is 21.5" tuned Frequency is 34.517977.... blah blah blah. therefore there is enough port. space... there is enough CuFt per sub. and were all good... thanks for everyone's input. lol
