So the 2 port walls running front to back will be 15" plus the 3/4" for the baffle right? So if I make a double baffle do I make the 2 pcs 14 1/4 " to compensate for the extra baffle width? Again awesome work man. BTW this is nothing close to what was recommended by the shop or what bass box and winisd are saying.
Thanks again
Nick

Multiple smaller ports coupled together (close proximity to each other) will split the load of air and get the job done as efficiently as a larger port.

There is 17.25 square inches of port per chamber. The general rule is 13-15 square inches per cubic foot.

I'm kind of surprised at their recommendation. Very few people (ie nobody) use 2.5" ports an 1cuft at 30hz sounds really generic. Sounds like something off of a manufacturers spec sheet.
Good on you to be modelling it on WinISD.
Good call on the spec sheet Paul, that's exactly where we got the info....I'd put the sheet up here but it is a little blurry out of the box....must have been printed in the same room where they test woofers.....

Nice job on the box design Jalat....pretty close to spec but I'm sure the larger vent will give them more air to breathe.....

There will be pics when it's done....if Nick doesn't post them I will.....
