Question re painting an amp

Has anyone ever had any success painting or powerdercoating an amp?
If yes how did you do it or who did you take it to?

that was a great thread.
the amps that you have done look pretty flat in design.
I have some old ESX amps that i'm thinking of doing they have fins all around the amp.
Do you think the fins would give any issues with stripping down and coating?
Here is a pic of one of my amps, obviously this is not the one that needs the work.

Hard to say for sure, but it looks like the spacing between the fins shouldn't be a problem.

why dont you take it to a body shop and get them to paint it to the color of your car ???
