So with my next box design, I'm think about the box slopping down from four corners to the center with 4- 10's firing straight up. Now here's where it gets tricky, I was going to make a platform the size of the amp connected to a pipe running directly into the center of the box. Wires will run through pipe up to amp sittting on the platform. Will this really hinder the subs performance as it is going to somewhat overlap the subs a little bit. But I think it'll look pretty freakin cool.

 

it would only be in the way if the subs started to slap the platform due to excursion...
