Well, Rob is the only one leaving from Calgary. For me and Steve it's much easier to go straight to the hat and on to regina and Winnipeg. Wade, are you and your old lady cool with some of us staying over, if it works out good?

Derek I thought the show wasn't until Saturday the 18th and Sunday the 19th. What does everyone have planned for Friday the 17th? I probably won't arrive until Friday the 17th in the evening.
Where did you guys book hotels rooms? I have checked out the Mariott and Wyndham Garden but I think the Comfort Inn is a better value ($30US cheaper than either the Marriott or Wyndham). and is walking distance to the event. I think I am going to book a room at the Comfort Inn Downtown for Oct 17 and Oct 18.

If someone really needed a place to stay I could likely set you up - but I had planned on sticking with the above schedule.
Oh, and as far as cell phones go - the last time I left mine on for a week long trip to the US I had a roam charge of over $100...
