I would be happy with even a 140 myself. I cant see myself getting anywhere near that, even tho the equipment im using prolly SHOULD do around that. I just cant see that kinda score with the setup i have atm. I guess i will find out on Saturday at the dB drag in Brantford.

the mercedes scored higher originally but we had forgotten to fill a hole in the firewall and had to fill it after qualification resulting in a lower final score.

 

Congrats on the score, then. I assume some of the others will look forward to seeing you at some 2x or 3x certified events.

 

this is a bit controversial because obviously you need good gear, but without a good setup you wont get anywhere even with the best gear.

 

I plan on fixing all my problems real soon, but it will be too late for the coming dB drag. Hoping at least by next season it will be up to par for wut i want.
Who knows....

 

The competition scene up here in quebec is crap compared to down in ontario, when I was in barrie, there was ALOT more cars around with sound systems, in montreal there's really nothing, a few will show up for a competition, but nobody has shops behind them or shop sponsored cars. Most guys that are into it up here drive down to ontario to compete at shows in ottawa or tdot.

There's 2 shows coming up for you on the 12th and the 18th around the Montreal area. It would be a good time to get some scores and play with your system to see if you can get a couple extra db's from changing things around.

 

I'm in Miami for the next 2 weeks but I'll probably go to the CSC event in napierville beginning of september. Its only a 1x but its end of season.
