U have to be carful when just bypassing the factory amp because it also has a crossover built in for the tweets and wit out it the tweets wont last long.

well now i know.
the reason y i said that was b/c my buddy has a 94 pathfinder and he had visions install a alpine hu but he wanted them to buypass the factory amp but they said they would have to disconect the tweets so they dont fry. [img]graemlins/dunno.gif[/img]

^ That is the easiest way to do it, if you find the tweeters are getting too much low frequency, just add some caps in line where you connected the wires.
