Hello guys need some opinion on using certain size speakers in a 3 way configuration. I was planning on using a 1" tweeter, 5 1/4 and 6 1/2" for front stage. Would this work in an active set-up or if I use a passive 3 way x-over. Would the 5 1/4 be an issue for midrange and the 6 1/2 for midbass. Thanks

 

There's nothing necessarily wrong with those sizes. I like to use a smaller mid, a 3.5 or 4, but use what you have.
