Well its good everything is getting fixed and sounds like it will be one hell of a system in the end.

But by the sounds of it Davis and Dan seam to have acted each of thier parts out perfectly. Dan was upset and told Davis he was and then was upset enough to tell everyone his story.

Davis took in what was said and felt like he needed to proof to himself and dan that he could make what dan wanted. Davis never said on here it was wrong of Dan to write on here and never said dan was wrong and never said anything bad at all. just that he is manning up and is gonna fix it up for dan.

i think this thread was actually very good. if i ever used selective sounds i know that davis will not let his name be bashed so he will do what needs to be done to make everyone happy.

and if he isnt willing to do that then dan did have a right to say what kind of customer service davis does. so others can see.

and i have to disagree with the whole "done right in the first time". we can never really know the real reason it took him so long to do but its obvious once he was rushed it was done wrong. but he wanted to make the customer happy. but it never happended.

and ya i agree everyone makes mistakes. its just best to take it and fix it. then to argue.

i think this was a very helpful thread and if anything should show Selective Sounds customer service skills
