Alpine AUX-in help

Alpine CDA-7897.

purchased the wire that plugs into the AInet input and provides two RCA inputs.

pluged my PS2 into the two RCA inputs and I have to turn the volume all the way to 25 to get anything noticable out of it.

this leads me to belive that the RCA inputs that go into the AInet cable have to be preamped?

what do I have to do to get my Alpine 7897 to play the audio of my PS2?

thankyou very much!

meh. this deck does everything I need it to do in this truck. truck gets hardly any miles. its a trail truck. but having a PS2 in a trail truck is too cool!

slow winches used to kill me. now I just play some games while I wait for others hehe
