Does anyone know if this is a good unit? Has anyone had any trouble with it? I'm just looking at buying one here, and I'm wondering what a good price on it would be. Thanks

 

best unit ever!! i have had one in 2 of my vehicle and not a single problem!

just makesure you get one of those small alpine remotes b/c the unit originally doesnt come with a remote (all touch screen) and its realy annoying to play/pause and adjust the volume by hand.

 

IMO far and above the easiest indash DVD unit to navigate. User interface is well thought out and the direct "pulse touch" access is a major benefit. We cleared our last IVAD300 showroom model out for $1188.00 this morning and sold the IVAD310 (x2) before I could even load it into the board.

A very hot piece indeed. You will be happy with your purchase....just be sure to regularly clean the laser assembly with a good lens cleaner. I found that most indash units had the same problems of disc errors, skipping and not reading because of dirt/dust.
