Amp Choice...... Advice

Hello, everyone.
I posted in a different section asking if any of these amps would be good for a SQ system.
I was told that all would work fine, but I am having a hard time making up my mind.
So thought I would ask in this one
So for some system back ground:
I am running a Pioneer DEH-P6700Mp(HU)
Stock door speakers(Till spring).
I am looking for a amp to power my Infinity Perfect 12.1 4ohm SVC sub(350 RMS/1400 Peak).
I have narrowed my search down to these 3 choices, and Still can not decide which amp would be best.
I am after sound quality, but don't mind if they can hear me a block away
The amps I am looking at are:
(I cant post links because I dont have 5 posts yet so please cut & paste)

Infinity Reference 611a:

Pioneer GM-5300T:

Kenwood KAC-7203:
http://www.crutchfield.com/App/Product/Item/Main.aspx?i=113KAC7203&search=KAC-7203&tp=115&tab=features_and_specs

I sort of want to go with the 611a, because my sub is a infinity(ya I know stupid reason)456 rms at 4 Ohms
I like the 5300t, because of the price(I can get it for 120 US), and its still 380rms at 4 Ohms bridged.
But the KAC-7203 is also the only one with a fan, and the most powerful at 500 watt rms at 4 Ohms when bridged.
But it is also 150 rms more then what my sub calls which worries it might be a bit to much.

Not sure If I should be worried about the amp having a fan as the longest it would be run is around 3hrs at a time, but it will be placed in the trunk of my car beside my sub.
Now, I know don't plan on buying a crutchfield as they want to much $$$, just used them to give links to the specs on the amps.

Anyone have advise on which would be a better amp?
Or have experience good or bad with it?
Heck any input would be appreciated as I am sort of lost when it comes to amps
