Seems like the jl amp was a ground issue... We will see how it runs this week. They charged 40 for the check on the system moved the ground and tuned everything. Was there for an hour so it was reasonable for me. Not the most aesthetically pleasing shop but they get the job done.

Well I cant speak for the aesthic portion of their work as I have only used them for repairs and head unit swaps and for 40 bucks, cant go wrong! What I normally do, is once issues have been fixed, I take a look at what the shop has done and then what i can do to change it so it looks more pleasant. I find this to be a common problem among most of the audio shops around us unless your willing to pay top dollar. Please lemme know if you ever get that JL going and who helped u with it. Got some stuff layin around from previous set ups that I am planning to put together for xmas as a gift to my step son.

No I left the jl in... After they fixed the loose ground it does not wantwant to shutdown but I will see this week how it runs. And aesthetically I was talking about the shop and store itself... Have not done any work to the car install wise with them yet.
