Amping the coaxials...is it worth it?
My set up is:
JL W3 - Powered by RF at 300rms
Front - Alpine S 4.5 Coaxials
Back - Alpine R 6.5 Coaxials
HU - Alpine 9851
Would I really notice a difference by amping the 4 coaxial speakers?
Would it squeeze a little more bass out of my speakers?
Thanks

Hells yeah. It will make the system much louder, bring the speakers to life, allow protection of the speakers due to damaging low bass frequencies by using the high pass crossover, setting gains to keep the speakers operating within their limits. This is a upgrade that should be done in everyone's system.
