you only had one NUSTART come in for warranty work?? i was told they were recalled last year. all of them here in Thunder Bay messed up anyways. those have to be the biggest boomarangs i've ever seen by any brand.

Nordic start for me has usually been the most reliable brand, however this year we've had a few defective modules right out of the box, which is strange. The NuStart models overall are pretty decent, but I've been having issues with them dragging the starter a little, even after trying different tach signals and re-programming them a number of times. That, and they really need to idot-proof the valet mode. Viper modules seem solid, but I've had a number of customers come back with transmitters that either work intermittently or have stopped working altogether due to the button terminals going bad. Sometimes spraying with contact cleaner resolves the issue, sometimes not. I guess they all have their quirks...
