Bassworx amplifiers

I was just wandering through a local car audio place killin time and i saw what i thought to be Avionixx amps. I thought "Cool...theyve decided to carry a good line here", so i went over for a closer look, and to my surprise they are branded Bassworx.

Are they the same amps, just rebadged?
Im fairly sure Avionixx also makes the amps for elemental designs, and they get rave reviews, so it makes a guy wonder.

has anyone played with the bassworx stuff, or read any decent reviews on them?

They came out last year. Bassworx purchased the rights for the Lightning Audio line of amps and they are a variation of those. They also have a 3000Wrms amp coming out for 2007. Good performing amps from what the reps tell me.

^^ come on DUKK, those brands have only proven themselves over the last 20-30 years...These days it takes a new name and ten guys on ten different boards to make a product great!!

Bassworx amps are the same type of amp as Lightning Audio Strike / Storm series. Right down to the heatsinks.
