I'd say there done for. Dfrost and moniter them if they take a charge ect.

take them In and get the recored... if not dump them they are dead as they can be! u have the US Batts right? red and white ones?

It's really hard to say, My battery just frooze soild, All I did is let it sit for a few days (took two almost days for the ice to melt) and recharged it and all is good.
