anyone know for the boombox i made what to use? also green thornet still cant pm u. so tell me some info on here

 

so i went with 2 kinetic 1800, and im wondering what isolator is going to be the best, i have a red top as a starting battery. so what i want is for when im listening to music with the truck off for the system to run off the kinetics and leave the red top untouched. i have a gm relay part #12135194 coil 15v dc cont. that my dad had in his truck will this work good enough, or should i get something else

 

I'd ditch the red top. Put one batt up front, and the other in the rear. No isolator needed.

 

Well seeing as I already have it I'm not getting rid of it. And that still wouldn't help me with running the stereo with the truck off.....

 

It looks like 3 4ohm loads per channel....hmmm

Modest sound.....run the coaxes off the deck using front and rear speaker outs..........run the comps off a small (50ish X 2)amp plugged into the sub outs from the deck....if you like to tweak you can try using the comps as subs...

Much louder sound......wire each side to a 1.33ohm load and throw 2-300W/channel at 'em.......powering that could be tricky in your garage....
