not all future shop's are full of hacks, some have some good installers but maybe the one v8's refering to isnt very good. you may very well be a good installer claudio(dont know, i have never seen any of your work) but for in stance the shop in kelowna has 2 guys working for it that i fired because they were even good at sweeping the floor let alone working on a car. this same scenario has been seen at independents as well. the shop is just easy to pick on because they have had more that their fair share of butchers over the years, even had a few good ones come and go over the years as well

The biggest issue to the indy is that the guys that can do it are leaving and we are finding it harder and harder to replace them.......THAT's why we hire "new" guys, in a hope that we can train them up as soon as possible.
