my mistake guys sorry they are 4 ohm subs....so what do u guys think for an amp to power all these 4 subs?....and thanks for the help so far too!....im lookin to spend the least amount i can but also get the best amp i can ...

what amp wood be the best bet to go with ?...what price range wood i be looking at ....?

Oh and silverbane I not tryin to talk ya bout the power thing. Just givin my opinion

Some subs I will agree with you, the CVR's are close to mechanical limits on 400 RMS. I dont think it is worth his money to buy an extra 1400 watts if he is gonna have the gain so low.
