hahahahaha Dare Devil LOL there the type ppl that the big box stores see comin and sell em a sony system for 2G and lugh there asses off to the bank... NO OFFENCE but JBL just aint worth the money to me, and the bling factor aint that high for me, they are alright looking fairly intimidating but I could find better ways to spend money as in a pair of 9500DD subs and a good DD solid amp. Would prob be same price if the JBL as much as it sounds!

actually, they're the type of people that could care less about an aftermarket system. They just go wow, and get giddy when they hear a loud system that looks good. Like I said before, JBL is well known by everyone, not just car audio geeks...DD not so much. Besides, I doubt you'll find too many car audio experts that will tell you that JBL is s**t gear...if you do find one, he's full of s**t. It may not be your taste, but I think a pair of w15GTi's and an A6000GTI would make more than enough noise to be noticed. Whether it impresses you (sx4life) or not, is really not important as you don't travel in the same crowd as this guy. Personally, I'd go with 4 w15 GTi's and the a6000 Gti with dual alternators, multiple batteries, and 0 awg wires from the batteries next to the amp. Remember this isn't an ugly spl set up, this is custom pretty, with lots of bling and has to sound good at very loud volumes....not burbs.
