So, you bought something that was an obvious demo and did not check to ensure that it worked and was not missing parts before you left with it? And then on the busiest day of the year you expect stellar service as well on the phone? Right...... hold please..... we have 100's of more idiots calling us today who demand our attention, never mind the 10,000 who came throught the front doors today.

Boxing Day is the busiest day of the year for most stores, we dont even answer the phone, it goes straight to voicemail !!

Dont expect your sh*t for next to FREE - or BELOW COST - and get service too !!

Thats why big box stores get a bad name - because people buy stuff (usually crap) below cost and expect the after sales service !!

Lets see - the salesman made $ 0 - the store made $ 0 - but you want $1,000,000 service !! Get Real !!

Lets see you do whatever you do for a living for FREE and give me the best service possible after your'e done - it aint gonna happen, so why would you expect the same ??

Honestly !!

Listen - if someone buys something from me and I make a profit, they deserve service !! But if I sell them somehting below my cost, I'm already losing - do I have to keep on losing ???

Naaaaaaah !!!!!!

i give all my customers good service weither i am selling it for cost or not
there customers that are shopping at my store they deserve service
stores with no service deserve no customers

QUITE FRANKLY, WE DONT GET MANY CUSTOMERS LIKE THE BIG BOX STORES GET ANYWAY (BELOW COST - DOOR CRASHERS - WAIT IN LINE FOR 8-HOURS)

AND I DO GIVE GOOD SERVICE, BUT GUYS WHO CANT UNDERSTAND THAT IT'S THE BUSIEST DAY OF THE YEAR, "WE AINT DOING REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES" !!

Service should not be related to cost.
If you sell something you should provide service.
Just becuase you decided to sell it at a loss doesn't mean you will be forgiven for not providing service. In todays world you will lose customers if you don;t provide sevice.

And for chipes sake TURN OF CAPS.
