Boxing Day - what was youre best purchase
So, you bought something that was an obvious demo and did not check to ensure that it worked and was not missing parts before you left with it? And then on the busiest day of the year you expect stellar service as well on the phone? Right...... hold please..... we have 100's of more idiots calling us today who demand our attention, never mind the 10,000 who came throught the front doors today.

Dont expect your sh*t for next to FREE - or BELOW COST - and get service too !!
Thats why big box stores get a bad name - because people buy stuff (usually crap) below cost and expect the after sales service !!

Service should not be related to cost.
If you sell something you should provide service.
Just becuase you decided to sell it at a loss doesn't mean you will be forgiven for not providing service. In todays world you will lose customers if you don;t provide sevice.

Service is something that is always important. Just try to imagine though handling 4 calls a minute for 15 hours. That's over 3500 calls in a single day. Some are going to get dropped. It happens.
The bottom line is that if the product is brought back they will likely get a new one over the counter with no or few questions asked. That seems like decent service to me.
