Boxing Day - what was youre best purchase

Umm, cost is totally inverse to service. If you want personal perfect service you are going to pay more. That is a fact of life. You simply can't afford to provide a customer with an hour of your time on boxing day over $1.50 of commission. Especially when there are 50-60 customers waiting behind you. Like they say, you can have it quick, perfect and cheap, pick two.
Car Audio....call the A&B Sound that you bought them from, explain the situation and I'm sure that it'll get taken care of.
They are truly the only ones who know if you'll get a refund - or not !! Since they will be the ones issuing the refund.
Usually you'll get a 30-day grace period - but who knows !!
Good luck !!

similar happened to me with a&b sound last boxing day, I called them and then eventually got it exchanged for a new one (car speakers)
hole crap G-MONEY, stop flipping out, I agree people cant expect perfect service when there are 1000 people waiting, but even if your not making money, good service will make them want to come back and spend more money later, after boxing day, then you make more money.
