9827 is an excellent deck and works very well with Alpine s series comps and co-ax's for fairly cheap. They are about 150.00 used and those speaks are about 100.00/pair new. All you need is an amp and a sub and you're set(PM me if you are interested in an MTX 400 watt amp-bridged 4 ohm, and a nearly new 10" clarion, or 10" Infinity subs for cheap).

Thanks for all the input I did some searching and some listening using your input and my own research. Really wasnt that satisfied (I guess Im just too picky)... sooo Im giving up and going with a new plan using some old parts I was going to sell that will ultimately make me happier.

Alpine CDA-9827
Avionixx 400.2 - Sub
Sealed Q Logic box I had given to me ages ago
12" Pmiller Bazooka Sub - had left over from a super budget install I was going to do for another car. Likely will upgrade the sub...
No Name 60rms x 2 amp - for components - left over from the super budget install
JL XR 5.25's components mounted to a piece of wood in the 6.5" hole in the front. (good price from a friend)
Stock speakers in the rear which I can turn on to provide cruddy rear fill if the passangers need it .

I figure it should keep the stress on the alternator pretty low. Be able to be easily hidden and should sound just fine.

You think?
